Covid Terms & Conditions
Due to the unpredictable nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, lockdown and restrictions in Victoria, Bake Me Cake Me is currently only taking custom orders for up to 2 months in advance.
All custom items will be required to be purchased in full to confirm your order.
If in the unlikely nature your event does get cancelled within the first 6 week period of placing the order you will be eligible for a Bake Me Cake Me gift card. If your event gets cancelled within the final 2 weeks of the event date, you will unfortunately forfeit your whole purchase cost.
The Original Bake Me Cake Me has the right to cancel or not accept an order if the needs cannot be met.
Shipping Info
We ship all our orders express using Australia post. With Covid – 19 please allow 1-3 days shipping lead time due to extreme delays around the country.
International shipping: We do not offer yet, however we are working on it!
Customer collection / deliveries: When placing a custom order you will have the option for a delivery service / courier or to collect yourself from the
Bake Me Cake Me store location (82 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn).
All ready to order cookies online will be sent express post. If you would like more freshly baked cookies we invite you to visit out flagship store when it opens!
