All treats made in the Bake Me Cake Me kitchen are handcrafted and made with love therefore being a handmade product, variations can occur. 

Cookies and chocolate biscuits purchased online come individually sealed, wrapped in tissue paper and in a gift box with bubble wrap if needed. 

These are perishable items however. Damage may occur in the shipping process. Bake Me Cake Me is not responsible for this. 

We do not offer refunds however if you are not totally satisfied with your product please email us immediately at bakemecakeme@gmail.com and 

we will look into resolving the issue. 

The Original Bake Me Cake Me has the right to cancel or not accept an order if the needs cannot be met. 

Our NYC Chunk cookies are “half baked” but don’t stress our special ovens cook the egg all the way through so you aren’t eating raw dough!

You can also freeze these bad boys to keep up to a month and re heat. 

Custom fondant cookies last up to 2 months from date of production.
