Two cookie pizza sized vanilla shortbread biscuits, sandwiched between Bonne Maman Raspberry Jam and BMCM vanilla marshmallow, dipped in Dark Callebaut chocolate, topped with freeze dried raspberries and a customisable fondant plaque.

1.5kg and serves up to 12 (only if feeling super generous) This bad boy will last up to two weeks in an airtight container!
